View cloud provider details

Unisphere uses PowerMax Cloud Mobility functionality to enable you to move snapshots off the storage system and on to the cloud.

About this task

This procedure explains how to view the details of a cloud provider.

Steps

  1. Select a storage system.
  2. Select System > Cloud.
    The Cloud Mobility Dashboard is displayed.
  3. Click Cloud Providers.
  4. Select the cloud provider.
    The properties depend on the provider type.
    The following properties are specific to Amazon S3 providers:
    • Name—The name of the configured cloud provider
    • Provider—The cloud provider type
    • Access Key ID
    • HTTPS—Specifies if HTTPS is used. Valid values are True and False.
    • Bucket—The name of the Amazon S3 bucket
    • Storage Class
    • Port—The port number
    • Provider Region
    The following properties are specific to Microsoft Azure providers:
    • Name—The name of the configured cloud provider
    • Provider—The cloud provider type
    • Storage Account
    • Secure—Specifies if HTTPS is used. Valid values are True and False.
    • URL
    • Container
    The following properties are specific to Amazon ECS providers:
    • Name—The name of the configured cloud provider
    • Provider—The cloud provider type
    • Key
    • HTTPS—Specifies if HTTPS is used. Valid values are True and False.
    • Node
    • Bucket—The name of the Amazon ECS bucket
    • Port—The port number
    • Request Style—Specifies the request style used. Valid values are auto, virtual, and path. The default value is auto.
